• Source and prepare guests and topics aligned with African Recovery’s mission.
• Work with production and marketing to publish episodes and written insights.

• You can manage an editorial pipeline end to end.

• Draft show notes, pull key insights, and create short clips or quotes.
• Coordinate with social media to distribute episodes consistently.

• Co‑develop African Recovery’s climate‑smart and recovery‑aligned investment thesis.
• Source and screen ventures that fit the thesis and our mentorship ecosystem.

• Maintain a simple database with key metrics and notes.
• Support preparation of partner or investor updates and pitch material.

• Plan and host online meetups, masterclasses, and community calls.
• Moderate community spaces and highlight member wins and stories.
• Support campaigns for volunteers, mentors, and partners.

• Prioritise features that improve matching, engagement, and outcomes.
• Turn feedback from mentors, mentees, and partners into a simple roadmap.
• Define core metrics dashboards for usage and impact.

• Identify and reach out to potential partners across universities, NGOs, companies, and funds.
